Inspiring Next-Gen: Youth Eco-Workshop at Gloria 2 Christian School

Sustain-O-Bite proudly held our first-ever offline workshop at SMA Kristen Gloria 2 Surabaya, specially designed for 10th-grade students. This hands-on session was made possible through a meaningful collaboration with Ms Natalia Mandiriani, who guided the students in discovering the eco-enzyme movement.

We kicked things off with fun mini games about eco-enzyme to create a relaxed classroom atmosphere. From there, we explained Indonesia’s pressing food waste crisis and its impact on climate change and public hygiene. Recognizing the vital role of youth as agents of change, we aim to inspire students to become eco-enzyme ambassadors within their own communities.

Throughout the session, students learned the basics of eco-enzymes, their environmental benefits, and followed a step-by-step tutorial to create their own eco-enzyme using simple ingredients.
