Green Minds: Empowering Students at Gloria 2

Sustain-O-Bite successfully hosted a second offline workshop at SMP Kristen Gloria 2 Surabaya, tailored for enthusiastic 7th-grade students. This exciting event was held in collaboration with the junior high school science teaching team, who supported us in guiding students through the fascinating process of making eco-enzyme soaps.

The workshop began with lively ice-breaking games to spark curiosity and build excitement. We then shared insights about the issue of food waste and its environmental consequences, introducing eco-enzymes as a smart, eco-friendly solution. With guidance, the students followed each step to create their own eco-enzyme-based soap, showing that sustainability can be simple and hands-on.

The students actively participated, asked insightful questions, and showed a genuine interest in how eco-enzymes can make a difference in everyday life. Their eagerness to learn was both heartwarming and inspiring.
